The shallow-water action across the region is absolutely electric right now. Real-time conditions show that a stable summer weather pattern has settled in, pushing water temperatures into the peak feeding zone. Baitfish are incredibly thick over the grass flats, and the predatory species are following them right into the shallow bays and marsh edges. The final two hours of the incoming tide have been the absolute most productive window, drawing big schools out of the deeper channels to feed heavily in the shallows. Saint Joseph Bay - Gulf, FL Inshore Report on 7th Oct, 2023

It was a clear day in Port St Joe, weather plays a crucial role in catching fish. The water was quiet, and the sun was out. My guests were able to get some sheepshead. I took them to several fishing spots and didn't fail. Fish easily took the bait. It was a fun day they said. They enjoyed it.
